Kiloutou Buys Lyon Rental Company

Kiloutou has declared another French rental purchase, purchasing Top'Loc, a Lyon-based company with eighteen depots and 120 workers. This latest deal follows Kiloutou's up to date purchase of BM Location and affirms the corporation's ambitions to grow quickly. Top'Loc has 3 divisions, a general rentals business called Top'Loc Lyon, an events business called Top'Loc Rception, and a transportable toilets operation called Top'Loc Sanit'.  At first , Top'Loc will be run as a separate business and Philippe Thirion, founder and CEO of Top'Loc, will stay on as chief of the business.  The deal was signed Nov ten and will most likely be closed in Jan 2012. Kiloutou claimed the purchase will extend its operations in the Rhne area, with twenty-six locations in total. Since December last year Kiloutou has made 4 acquisitions. Mediac'up Atlantic in December 2010, AltAd early on in the year, and BM Location more lately.
